Junior HR Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Junior HR Generalist to support our employees throughout their journey—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and HR administration. Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates, manage job postings on recruitment platforms and social media, and oversee the full recruitment process.
• Prepare, distribute, and issue employment contracts and onboarding documents, ensuring statutory compliance.
• Maintain physical and digital employee records, HRIS data, and provide HR analytics for data‑driven decisions.
• Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and warning letters.
• Assess training needs, coordinate annual performance reviews, and support managers with feedback cycles.
• Provide salary recommendations, administer benefit programs, extract timesheets for payroll, and support finance with payroll administration.
• Create and execute employee engagement plans, facilitate team‑building activities, and lead onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Support policy administration, participate in guideline development, conduct incident investigations, and prepare disciplinary documentation.
