Junior Developer (Systems Programmer)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer to design, develop, and maintain internal systems and web‑based applications. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career programmers who want to grow their technical skills while working on real‑world business systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain company systems and web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using C#, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Build and manage databases with MySQL or MariaDB.
• Perform system enhancements, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and system manuals.
• Assist with system deployment, updates, and user support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Hardworking, reliable, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Grace Park, South Caloocan City.
