Junior Customer Success Representative

About the role

Mission Inbox is looking for an energetic Junior Customer Success Representative to join a fully remote, globally distributed team. You will be the first human contact for customers using our B2B email infrastructure platform, helping them solve deliverability, configuration and platform issues while shaping product direction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via Intercom, resolving deliverability, configuration and platform questions quickly and accurately.
• Identify, reproduce and file clear bug reports for engineering, catching edge cases before they affect users.
• Turn recurring support questions into self‑service knowledge‑base articles and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
• Analyze support conversations to surface patterns, customer pain points and product improvement ideas.
• Rotate through platform QA, product direction discussions and knowledge‑base creation, eventually owning parts of each area.

Required skills

• Experience using Intercom or a similar customer‑support platform.
