Junior Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Junior Business Development Executive to join our fast‑growing energy‑tech venture. You will focus on acquiring new residential and commercial clients for our Retail Aggregation Program, working directly with Homeowners' Associations and Property Management Offices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fieldwork, site surveys and feasibility assessments in target communities.
• Serve as the primary liaison with community representatives to collect onboarding documents.
• Organise and attend community meetings, including evenings and weekends, to achieve acquisition targets.
• Research, qualify and add HOA/PMO leads to the sales pipeline.
• Execute cold outreach (calls, emails, site visits) and schedule appointments for senior staff.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and lead progress.

Required profile

• Junior‑level experience or strong interest in sales and business development.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage own schedule.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with administrative requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using standard office software for documentation and reporting.
