Junior Auditor (Inventory)

About the role

The Junior Auditor (Inventory) will support CW Home Depot by conducting routine and special inventory audits within the store. Working closely with department targets, the role ensures accurate inventory records and compliance with business processes. The position provides exposure to store operations and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular and ad‑hoc inventory and business process audits in the store.
• Coordinate with various departments to discuss audit findings and address concerns.
• Prepare and submit audit reports to the head office.
• Assist in consolidating data for rewards and recognition programs.
• Oversee and monitor the daily activities of audit checkers.
• Carry out additional tasks and activities as assigned.

Required profile

• Graduate of any business‑related program.
• At least one year of experience in inventory audits, operational audits, or inventory management (advantageous).
• Strong interpersonal and people‑management abilities.
• Willingness to work a shifting schedule, including holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with productivity software and applications.
