Junior and Senior Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

Helpware is looking for motivated Junior and Senior Sales Development Representatives to join its remote sales team. You will work US business hours, supporting fast‑growing SaaS, Fintech, Healthcare, E‑commerce and Logistics brands by generating qualified leads and booking meetings for the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls and email outreach to prospects in the US, UK and Australia.
• Research and qualify leads using prospecting tools and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Schedule discovery meetings and hand‑off qualified opportunities to account executives.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
• Track performance metrics and meet weekly/monthly activity and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Senior: minimum 3 years B2B outbound sales/SDR experience, strong cold‑calling and consultative selling skills, excellent English communication.
• Junior: at least 1 year outbound sales experience, comfortable making high‑volume calls, coachable, organized and goal‑oriented.
• Both levels must be able to work US business hours from the Philippines and handle rejection resiliently.

Required skills

• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo or GoHighLevel.
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
