Junior Account Manager / Sales Executive

About the role

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented team player committed to customer success. In this role you will nurture existing client relationships, drive account growth and generate new business by identifying and executing effective sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned commercial accounts.
• Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Achieve sales targets through account growth, upselling and cross‑selling.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial segment.
• Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for prompt resolution.
• Monitor product/service delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry developments and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, customer service or account management.
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive, proactive and results‑oriented attitude.
