Jr. Demand Planner

About the role

The Junior Demand Planner will support the Demand Planner Department by forecasting sales trends, managing purchase orders, and ensuring optimal inventory levels for assigned brands.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast, monitor and analyze sales trends, performance and revenue of handled brands.
• Prepare purchase orders based on demand and activity requirements.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels, ensuring sales‑to‑stock ratios and buffer stock are adequate.
• Analyze sell‑through data to evaluate merchandise performance.
• Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate inbound logistics with suppliers, warehouse and related teams.
• Manage inventory levels and collaborate with account executives and brand partners on stock issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in merchandising.
• Creative ability to identify target audiences and develop engaging campaigns.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of merchandising trends and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening, presentation and decision‑making abilities.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to understand customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related business field.
