About the role
Join Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa, an exclusive adults‑only resort, as a Sales Manager. You will work in a privileged natural setting, delivering personalized service and creating memorable experiences for guests while driving commercial growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with national and international tour operators.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor their execution.
- Track production, analyse results and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare commercial reports and periodic performance updates.
- Represent the resort at tourism fairs and industry events.
- Coordinate with Revenue Management to define commercial strategies.
- Support promotional and marketing initiatives.
- Prospect and acquire new clients and markets.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in a hotel commercial department.
- High level of English (essential); additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency with Office 365.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Strong negotiation skills and result‑orientation.
