IT Technical Support Specialist

About the role

J&T Cargo is seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure across its office and logistics environments. The role involves providing on‑site support for hardware, network, CCTV, and printer issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and support Wi‑Fi, network devices, routers, and internet connections.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV systems and related devices.
• Provide technical support to office and warehouse users, including hardware and software installations, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Maintain IT inventory, equipment records, and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
• Assist in setting up workstations, user accounts, and company devices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational course in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT support, technical support, or infrastructure support (fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are also welcome).
• Willingness to perform on‑site and field support in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
