IT Systems Admin (US Shift, WFH)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator who operates at the Level II/III boundary, ready to own outcomes and work independently. The position is fully remote and follows a US‑based shift, supporting a diverse portfolio of client environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server environments across multiple client tenants.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and Azure/Entra ID identity platforms.
• Configure and maintain network access and security infrastructure, including Zero Trust concepts such as SSO integration, identity‑aware access policies, and secure remote connectivity.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in cloud, on‑premises, and hybrid environments with minimal escalation.
• Support client onboarding, migrations, and infrastructure deployments from planning through completion.
• Maintain clear, thorough documentation for every environment.
• Contribute to security and compliance initiatives across the client base.
• Research unfamiliar technologies and deliver workable solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting and administering Windows Server environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID (user lifecycle, SSO, Conditional Access, MFA).
• Familiarity with network security concepts such as VLANs, firewalls, VPN, and Zero Trust frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple client environments simultaneously while maintaining detailed documentation.
