IT & System Administrator – Automation & Support

About the role

We are seeking an IT & System Administrator who will manage the company’s IT infrastructure, provide end‑user support, and lead automation initiatives across multiple business units. The role combines traditional system administration with workflow automation, data pipeline design, and business analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a service desk, delivering hardware, software and connectivity support to all employees.
• Maintain software inventories, apply patches, and document standard operating procedures.
• Design, build and maintain automated workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier or Power Automate.
• Integrate third‑party systems and APIs into end‑to‑end automated processes.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations to automate lead management, campaign workflows, approvals, scheduling and data entry.
• Conduct business analysis, map current‑state processes and define future‑state automated solutions.
• Develop data pipelines that feed AI‑driven workflows, ensure data quality, and create dashboards to monitor performance.
• Produce and keep up‑to‑date documentation for all systems, workflows and project deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support or system administration.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify repetitive, high‑volume tasks suitable for automation.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT).
• Strong documentation skills for requirements, process maps and functional specifications.
