IT Support Specialist

About the role

TaskUs is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide first‑level technical assistance to internal users. You will troubleshoot hardware, software and telecommunications issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to telephone calls and email requests from employees seeking technical help.
• Log and track all support tickets, maintaining accurate records of queries and resolutions.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems while preserving data integrity.
• Perform testing, configuration, installation, modification, maintenance and repair of computer hardware, operating systems, applications, patches and updates.
• Assist users during application testing and rollout of new programs.

Required profile

• Experience providing first‑level technical support to internal customers.
• Strong problem‑analysis skills with the ability to interpret issues and determine root causes.
• Commitment to delivering quality service in line with departmental standards.
