IT Support Engineer / Systems Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Level 3 IT Support Engineer / Systems Engineer to serve as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues across client environments. The role involves advanced troubleshooting of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and hybrid infrastructures while delivering high‑quality support to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as senior escalation point for complex issues in client environments.
• Troubleshoot and support advanced Microsoft 365 and hybrid setups.
• Manage Azure AD / Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Intune/Endpoint Management.
• Maintain virtualized infrastructure using VMware and/or Hyper‑V.
• Diagnose Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewall problems.
• Support cloud‑first and hybrid client environments and contribute to infrastructure improvement projects.
• Own incidents end‑to‑end, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
• Improve technical documentation, standards, and internal support processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

Required profile

• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in an MSP or multi‑client environment.
• Proven experience administering Microsoft 365.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory / Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, domain management).
