IT Support Analyst I

About the role

The IT Support Analyst I provides first‑level technical support for Navia Benefits employees. You will manage the ticket queue, resolve user issues, and configure new or replacement equipment while supporting IT asset lifecycle activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the ticketing queue and related projects.
• Configure equipment for new hires and replacements.
• Coordinate IT asset lifecycle from requisition through disposal.
• Assist with implementing IT efficiencies and self‑service solutions.
• Perform IT audits, governance tasks, imaging, encryption, data recovery, and backups.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and keep tickets updated until closed.
• Collaborate closely with IT Support Analyst II, ServiceDesk Manager, and internal teams.
• Travel to local branches for equipment setups when required.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, often noisy.
• Physical ability to sit or stand for 8+ hours, lift up to 25 lb, and perform various mobility tasks.
• Strong communication skills with management and internal teams.
• Willingness to manage a team effectively if needed.

• Windows 11 and Microsoft operating systems.
• Microsoft Office suite, O365, and MS Teams.
• Active Directory and BitLocker.
• ManageEngine imaging, ADManager, AssetExplorer.
• JitBit ticketing system.
• Amazon Connect.
• CompTIA A+, ITF+, Network+, Security+ (bonus).
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS‑900) certification (bonus).
