IT Specialist – Office Systems & Network Support

About the role

Lalamove is seeking an IT Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of its office IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for maintaining network connectivity, managing telecom services, and supporting end‑users across the office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle procurement of IT equipment and projects in line with ISO audit standards.
• Manage and maintain office network connectivity, including WAN, firewall, L3/L2 LAN, and Wi‑Fi systems.
• Coordinate with telecom vendors to ensure availability of internet, IDAP, ISDN, PSTN, and other circuits.
• Administer VoIP (PABX) phone systems and office video‑conferencing/AV equipment.
• Oversee structured cabling, UPS operation, and office expansion or relocation projects.
• Perform daily system administration tasks such as account creation and termination.
• Maintain accurate documentation, inventories, and IT drawings.
• Support workstation (PC/Laptop) lifecycle and troubleshoot user IT inquiries.
• Manage local IT team activities and vendor communications.
