IT Specialist – Network & Devices

About the role

We are seeking an IT Specialist focused on network infrastructure and device management to join our team in Mandaluyong City. The role involves ensuring reliable connectivity, maintaining hardware, and supporting end‑users across the organization. You will work closely with the IT department to uphold network security and optimise performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot the corporate network and related devices.
• Configure, upgrade and document network equipment and end‑point devices.
• Perform regular backups, firmware updates and security patches for network hardware.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of networking and device assets and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve connectivity issues and implement improvements.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in network and device administration.
• Basic understanding of networking protocols and device configuration.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work onsite.
• Ability to document procedures and keep records up to date.
