IT Service Desk Associate – Japanese Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Japanese‑speaking IT Service Desk Associate to provide first‑level support for a global team. You will handle Microsoft Office and Outlook issues, log and resolve incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement of our support processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level IT support for Microsoft Office, Outlook and other workplace applications.
• Collect, document, resolve and process user incidents and requests via phone, email or chat.
• Utilise the knowledge base daily to troubleshoot and share solutions.
• Communicate regularly with team management about new solutions and open issues.
• Support the ITSD Global Team in developing new ways of working.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in an IT Service Desk, preferably in a CI Hotline environment.
• Excellent oral and written Japanese (B2‑C1 level).
• General IT knowledge with a focus on workplace IT.
• Strong problem‑solving, cross‑functional thinking and ability to work under pressure.
• Self‑motivated, team‑player with a customer‑service mindset.
• Willingness to work day shifts, weekends off, and onsite in Taguig.
• Available for a 1‑year fixed‑term contract through an agency.
