IT Sales Representative – Appointment Setter

About the role

We are looking for an energetic IT Sales Representative who will focus on appointment setting. The role involves high‑volume outbound prospecting, building relationships with decision‑makers, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make at least 100 cold‑calls to target prospects each day.
• Engage decision‑makers, deliver the company’s value proposition, and qualify leads.
• Schedule a minimum of three qualified appointments per week, preferably face‑to‑face or via Zoom.
• Build and maintain a prospect database and track all activities in HubSpot.
• Enter accurate prospect details quickly and provide regular progress reports against daily, weekly and quarterly goals.
• Coordinate meeting times directly on the Outside Sales calendar and support the team with timely follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Proven cold‑calling experience in a B2B environment.
• Fluent American English as the primary language.
• Strong sales background with high energy and excellent prospecting abilities.
• Ability to build business relationships quickly and adapt to fast‑changing situations.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and comfortable multitasking.
