IT Operations Support Officer

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for an IT Operations Support Officer to join its on‑site team at the Mall of Asia in Pasay City. You will provide remote technical assistance, answer support calls, and help maintain a stable IT environment for internal and client users.

Key responsibilities

• Answer support calls and deliver remote technical assistance to clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on desktops, laptops, and other endpoints.
• Diagnose network connectivity problems, including router and switch concerns.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and system updates.
• Remove malware, implement antivirus and endpoint protection solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineering teams when needed.
• Collaborate with Senior Engineers to investigate and resolve advanced technical problems.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Systems Administration, or a similar role.
• Experience providing Level 3 technical support in a managed services or enterprise IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory and Windows environments.
• Experience supporting routers, switches, email filtering solutions, and overall network infrastructure.
• Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) certification or equivalent Microsoft administration experience.
