IT Officer – Systems & Cloud Management

About the role

The IT Officer will manage the provisioning, installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of system hardware and software for a telecommunications company. The role includes overseeing the managed service provider for systems, cloud and storage, as well as supporting LAN, WAN and internet operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage MSP performance against SLAs and KPIs, conduct vendor reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain backup strategies, perform validation and recovery testing, and manage cloud storage utilization.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), manage user accounts, permissions and licensing.
• Generate regular reports on system health, performance and incidents, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Approve and oversee system and cloud policy changes, maintain accurate inventories and configuration records.
• Assess and improve server and network infrastructure, configure network equipment, ensure firmware updates and resolve incidents.

Required profile

• Based in BGC and available for day‑shift onsite work.
