IT Engineer

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a proactive IT Engineer to join its hybrid team in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will be responsible for maintaining the reliability of server infrastructure, managing device fleets, and supporting identity and access solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Perform server maintenance activities such as scheduled reboots, updates, health checks, and maintenance windows.
• Administer the Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform, configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting managed devices.
• Own endpoint patch management using Endpoint Central to keep systems secure and compliant.
• Process application access requests through Okta, handling provisioning and exception cases.
• Support onboarding of temporary hires by preparing accounts, permissions, and equipment.
• Administer and troubleshoot Okta and Google Workspace environments.
• Document system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Tier 1‑3 support teams, manage escalations, and contribute to service improvements.
• Assist the Security Technology team with after‑hours escalations involving security camera systems.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar technical role.
• Demonstrated ownership of infrastructure or platform responsibilities.
• Hands‑on experience managing servers, patching, and health monitoring.
