About the role

The IT Desk Specialist (Level 1) at Swyt Solutions delivers outsourced IT services to small and medium‑size enterprises. You will provide technical support, maintain client IT infrastructure and implement tailored solutions to ensure smooth operation of their systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical support to clients, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure and maintain client IT equipment and software applications.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and manage routers, switches and firewalls.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, upgrades and backups to ensure security and performance.
• Monitor system logs, conduct security audits and respond to security incidents.
• Communicate with vendors for hardware and software procurement and evaluate their offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT support, helpdesk or managed services.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work day, night and on‑call shifts.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
