Invoice to Cash Manager – Credit Management & Reporting

About the role

The Invoice to Cash Manager leads end‑to‑end Credit Management and Reporting & Analytics for Johnson & Johnson Global Finance, ensuring compliance, operational excellence and data‑driven decision support across the I2C process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Credit Management and I2C Reporting operations, meeting service levels, performance targets and governance requirements.
• Manage customer credit risk, portfolio exposure, credit limit governance and order release processes to balance growth and working‑capital optimization.
• Provide accurate, timely performance, financial and risk insights across Cash Application, Collections, Disputes and Credit Management.
• Drive continuous improvement through standardisation, automation, digitisation and analytics technologies.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Technology teams to influence business decisions and improve customer experience.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in Invoice‑to‑Cash or Credit Management.
• 4–7 years of people‑management experience leading senior contributors or team leads.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams, deliver cash and risk outcomes and operate in a multinational environment.

Required skills

• Strong credit risk management and financial analysis capabilities.
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills with a focus on data‑driven business decision support.
• Experience in process optimisation, automation and analytics tools.
