Invoice Issue Resolution Team Lead – Procurement (APAC)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive leader to head our Invoice Issue Resolution team within the Procurement function for the APAC region. The role involves supervising a team of specialists, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, and driving continuous improvement across the end‑to‑end Accounts Payable process.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise direct reports, manage daily operational activities, and ensure coverage according to Service Level Agreements.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and queries within agreed turnaround times.
• Monitor and analyse KPI reports, implement corrective actions, and oversee month‑end AP reporting.
• Coach, mentor and evaluate team members, manage performance issues and conduct training for new hires.
• Identify and lead process‑improvement projects aligned with organisational objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of end‑to‑end Accounts Payable experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Experience in a shared‑services environment and strong interpersonal, organisational and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
