About the role
The Investment Income Processing Officer will join our Funds Management team in Manila, supporting the accurate processing of investment income and related securities operations. This hybrid, full‑time position requires strong analytical abilities and a solid control mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Process investment income, including dividends, interest, and other earnings.
- Handle corporate actions and securities operations in line with fund accounting standards.
- Perform daily and periodic reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain and enhance control procedures to mitigate operational risk.
- Collaborate with capital markets and other internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Required profile
- 5–9 years of experience in investment operations or fund accounting.
- Demonstrated expertise in income processing, corporate actions, and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and control skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel
