Investigation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Investigation Specialist to support anti‑fraud operations and case handling. You will manage incoming cases, perform client callouts, validate data, and conduct initial investigations to ensure accuracy and proper case routing while collaborating with forensic teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cases received through the shared mailbox and hotline.
• Perform callouts according to the anti‑fraud workflow.
• Review client information using the bank’s system and other resources.
• Conduct initial investigations of cases triggered or received from other departments.
• Communicate with clients or related parties to verify data correctness.
• Check trigger accuracy and route cases to the appropriate department.
• Ensure all data is gathered for end‑to‑end investigations.
• Provide technical support to investigation, litigation, and forensic analysts for digital evidence collection and analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminology or a related field.
• Law‑enforcement or military background preferred.
• At least 1 year of investigation experience, preferably in finance, banking, or security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
