Investigation Officer – Fraud Prevention (South Cotabato)

About the role

We are looking for an Investigation Officer to support fraud prevention and case management across the organization. In this role, you will handle end‑to‑end investigations, analyze digital and operational evidence, and work closely with internal teams to mitigate risks and support legal actions when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cases received through the shared mailbox and hotline.
• Conduct initial investigations of cases triggered or received from other departments.
• Provide technical support to investigation, litigation, and forensic analysts to collect, preserve, process, analyze and interpret digital evidence from open sources.
• Investigate assigned cases at various risk levels and implement fraud prevention programs and policies.
• Conduct covert and overt investigations, including surveillance and counter‑surveillance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in criminology or a related field.
• Law enforcement or military background preferred.
• At least three years of investigation experience, preferably in finance, banking or security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
