About the role
The Inventory Data Specialist will support the finance and operations teams by ensuring accurate inventory records, mapping invoices, and reviewing price variance reports. This on‑site, full‑time position is based in Quezon City and uses Excel and Restaurant365 as primary tools.
Key responsibilities
- Map incoming invoices to corresponding inventory items.
- Review and validate price variance reports for accuracy.
- Maintain and update inventory data using Excel spreadsheets.
- Utilize Restaurant365 to reconcile inventory transactions and generate reports.
Required profile
- Ability to work on‑site in Quezon City.
- Full‑time availability.
