Inventory Analyst

About the role

DHL is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join its Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting warehouse operations, and helping the business achieve optimal stock levels.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Analyze stock data to identify discrepancies, trends, and inefficiencies.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock movements.
• Generate reports on inventory status, shortages, and overstock situations.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances and system issues.
• Support inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse or shift‑based environment.

Required skills

• Experience with inventory systems such as WMS, SAP, or WMOS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
