International Sales Manager

About the role

Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking an International Sales Manager to lead sales of its premium real‑estate projects to overseas clients. Based in Batangas, this full‑time position focuses on expanding the company’s global footprint and delivering high‑quality service to international buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new overseas sales channels and partnerships.
• Manage relationships with international brokers, agents, and partners.
• Present property offerings through in‑person meetings, virtual presentations, and events.
• Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely completion of documentation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams to support campaigns targeting international buyers.
• Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to management.

Required profile

• Proven international sales and business development experience, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and contract management abilities.
• Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning for global markets.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Batangas and travel domestically and internationally as needed.
