International Procurement & Import Officer

About the role

Arquee Corp is seeking an International Procurement & Import Officer to lead its procurement, import operations, and customs compliance for a growing furniture business. This full‑time, on‑site position reports directly to the Director and offers long‑term career growth within a strategic, high‑impact function.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end international procurement of raw materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate import activities, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine customs regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with overseas suppliers and logistics partners.
• Monitor market trends and recommend sourcing strategies to optimize inventory.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international procurement, import operations, or customs compliance.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
