About the role

The Internal Logistics Coordinator I-1 supports daily operations of Moog's main warehouse and auxiliary facilities in Baguio City. The role ensures accurate receipt, storage, issuance, and movement of materials while maintaining inventory integrity and supporting continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer inbound shipments, verify documentation, and perform receiving, put‑away, and stock confirmation transactions.
• Generate discrepancy reports for shortages, overages, or damaged items and maintain proper filing of operational records.
• Conduct cycle counts, maintain organized storage locations, and protect inventory through proper handling.
• Prepare and issue materials for production, assembly, testing, and point‑of‑use replenishment, including work‑order splitting and scrap transactions.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, pallet trucks, weighing scales, and wire‑cutting machines.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, participate in SQDCL reviews, and support Lean and continuous‑improvement projects.
