Internal Audit – Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Internal Audit team in Makati. You will help organisations understand their risk landscape, regulatory environment, and control effectiveness while adding value through insightful analysis and recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audit engagements, assess controls, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Apply a range of audit tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends.
• Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance, both your own and that of junior team members.
• Provide coaching and stretch opportunities to junior staff.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

• Demonstrated critical thinking and ability to structure unstructured problems.
• Strong self‑awareness, willingness to seek feedback and develop personal strengths.
• Ability to build quality relationships and adapt communication style to different audiences.
