Internal Audit Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to join its Assurance line of service in Makati. The role offers the chance to deepen an organisation’s understanding of its objectives, regulatory landscape and risk environment while helping critical stakeholders embed robust controls and a strong risk culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal audit plans that address strategic, regulatory and operational risks.
• Coach and mentor audit team members, encouraging continuous learning and ownership of development.
• Analyse complex proposals and data, providing clear, actionable recommendations.
• Use multiple information sources, including stakeholder perspectives, to shape solutions.
• Identify and address sub‑standard work, ensuring compliance with firm and client expectations.
• Stay informed on global trends and assess their impact on client organisations.
• Facilitate consensus among diverse viewpoints to achieve positive outcomes.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct in all activities.
