Internal Audit Associate Manager

About the role

CCEP is seeking a motivated Associate Manager, Internal Audit to join its Corporate Audit Services team. Based in Manila, you will support internal audit activities across the Asia‑Pacific region, gaining exposure to both regional and European operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and developing the annual internal audit plan.
• Support senior audit leads and managers in executing audits across APS countries.
• Conduct fieldwork following CCEP’s IA methodology, including process documentation, testing, and risk‑control matrix creation.
• Develop actionable recommendations and work with business units to address control weaknesses.
• Identify and communicate value‑add process improvements and best‑practice solutions.
• Prepare clear, commercial internal audit reports.
• Engage regularly with middle and senior management to enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
• Follow up on audit action items to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline internal control evaluation.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Risk Management, Finance or a related field.
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CA, CIA, CISA or equivalent) is a plus.
• 2‑3 years of audit experience, preferably in a Big 4 firm or multinational internal audit function.
• Understanding of process, risk and control concepts.
• Business knowledge of financial and operational processes with commercial acumen.
