Interior Designer / Revit Modeler

About the role

Join a global Architecture & Design Group that creates inspirational architecture, landscapes, and townscapes. As an Interior Designer / Revit Modeler you will develop conceptual sketches, BIM models, and detailed drawings while collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual presentation sketches, plans, BIM models and images based on project briefs.
• Attend and contribute to meetings with internal and external clients.
• Create detailed drawings and design sketches using advanced drafting and modeling principles.
• Develop and maintain project drawing lists and coordinate drafting/visualisation work.
• Assist the Project Architect and Job Manager with program preparation, time/cost estimates, and fee calculations.
• Provide accurate drawings, BIM models, calculations and checking capabilities as required.
• Support small projects with drafting skills and project coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant interior design experience.
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD and Revit Architecture.
• Clear understanding of construction methodologies and local building codes.
• Ability to collaborate with other disciplines and coordinate project‑specific work.
• Legal right to work in the Philippines.
