Intercompany Accounting Analyst II

About the role

The Intercompany Accountant (Accounting Analyst II) is responsible for managing intercompany transactions, ensuring timely expense and revenue recognition, and supporting month‑end close activities across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Post intercompany recharges (invoices and credit memos) and ensure accurate recording.
• Recognize expense and revenue for intercompany transactions on both sides.
• Settle outstanding balances with other intercompany entities promptly.
• Prepare, post, and review month‑end close tasks and reconciliations for intercompany relationships.
• Reconcile balance‑sheet accounts monthly and prepare decks for business‑unit review.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for intercompany activity.
• Report intercompany balances for quarterly REQIS modules.
• Assist with audit requirements and act as the first point of contact for daily intercompany queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a medium to large multinational environment.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively and resolve issues independently.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with enterprise accounting systems such as Oracle, SAP or PeopleSoft.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI tools and technologies.
