About the role

WeAssist is seeking a remote Insurance Customer Service Representative to support its growing portfolio of commercial insurance clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth policy servicing, billing, and renewal processes while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and emails, providing frontline support to clients.
Process policy endorsements, updates, and documentation.
Manage billing, payments, and compliance requirements.
Track renewals and coordinate timely follow‑up.
Maintain accurate data records and documentation.

Required profile

Strong working knowledge of insurance operations, especially commercial lines.
Familiarity with insurance terminology, policy documents, and servicing workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
