About the role
The Insurance Benefit Coordinator supports a multidisciplinary intake team that manages the care of new patients within the US healthcare system. Based onsite in Eastwood, Manila, the role ensures smooth coordination of insurance benefits for incoming patients and requires full‑time on‑site presence.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the intake team to manage and verify insurance benefits for new patients.
- Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers.
- Maintain accurate records of patient insurance information.
- Ensure timely processing of insurance claims and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients regarding their benefit inquiries.
