Instructor – Online & Hybrid Teaching Role

About the role

The Instructor fosters a supportive and motivating learning environment, delivering best‑practice instruction, tutoring, and student support. This full‑time position starts remote with the possibility of hybrid work in Davao.

Key responsibilities

• Tutor students in their current courses, providing proactive and reactive support both online and in person.
• Monitor student progress, manage course alerts, and intervene to guide students toward course completion.
• Maintain regular communication with students, parents, teachers, and mentors regarding expectations and academic progress.
• Refer students to ancillary services and coordinate with mentors to ensure needed support.
• Implement data‑tracking systems to analyze performance trends and adjust instructional strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience; online education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree and a valid teaching certificate.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; minimal to zero accent.
• Willingness to work hybrid if required.
