Instructional Designer (Remote)

About the role

Percepta is seeking a remote Instructional Designer to create and deliver high‑impact training solutions for client‑based programs. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to assess needs, develop curriculum, and ensure learning experiences align with adult learning principles.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze training needs and conduct Front End Analysis to define curriculum objectives.
• Design and develop new‑hire, cross‑training, and continuous learning materials using the ADDIE methodology.
• Create eLearning, self‑paced, instructor‑led, and virtual instructor‑led modules, incorporating scenarios, role‑plays, case studies, games, and simulations.
• Maintain knowledge artifacts and store source and final content in SharePoint for future use.
• Develop and deliver Train‑The‑Trainer sessions and facilitate facilitator and participant materials.
• Manage project timelines, lead regular status meetings, and provide risk updates to the Training Supervisor.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using defined metrics and recommend modifications.

Required profile

• Strong background in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Experience collaborating with clients and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate progress clearly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the ADDIE methodology.
• Experience using eLearning authoring tools.
• Familiarity with SharePoint for content management.
