Institutional Engagement Specialist – Schools

About the role

World Vision is seeking an Institutional Engagement Specialist to build and nurture partnerships with schools and churches in the Philippines. This position supports resource development initiatives that align with the organization’s mission to improve children’s well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with schools and churches to generate new funding opportunities.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with school administrators, students, pastors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain and grow the database of partner schools and churches.
• Develop and implement direct‑marketing materials such as proposals, presentation decks, and collaterals that meet World Vision standards.
• Prepare periodic accomplishment reports and proposals to meet monthly fundraising targets.
• Coordinate with regional, support, and field offices to ensure alignment of strategies and partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of substantive experience in fundraising and direct marketing.
• Strong understanding of trends in corporate, development, and civil‑society sectors.
• Excellent networking, partnership‑building, and collaboration abilities.
• Good listening, facilitation, and people skills.
