About the role
The Inside Sales Representative will develop and grow relationships with end‑users for 3M’s Transportation and Energy Business Group in a B2B environment, primarily through telephone sales and inbound customer support.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business and grow existing accounts by making outbound calls and responding to inbound inquiries.
- Provide technical assistance and product recommendations using detailed product knowledge.
- Maintain a sales plan, track market trends, and perform competition analysis to meet monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with industrial distribution partners and internal marketers to drive new‑product adoption.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or associate degree, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of combined sales and/or customer‑service experience.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
- Strong active‑listening and communication skills.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
- Ability to analyze customer data and market trends.
