Innovation Project Manager - AMEA

About the role

Opella is seeking an Innovation Project Manager for the AMEA region to lead end‑to‑end innovation initiatives across its consumer healthcare portfolio. You will translate consumer insights and business opportunities into commercially viable solutions, driving growth and brand relevance across diverse markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional project teams from concept to launch, owning scope, timeline, budget and value creation.
• Facilitate project alignment through kick‑off meetings, planning workshops and regular status updates.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, applying agile and outcome‑focused methodologies while monitoring risks, resources and financials.
• Define project strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring consumer relevance and commercial viability.
• Present projects to the Innovation Committee for gate submissions, status updates and decision escalations.
• Provide KPI and business impact updates to stakeholders and support post‑launch reviews.
