About the role

ClearDesk is looking for an In‑House Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its remote teams serving U.S. clients. You will work from home, sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while ensuring a high‑quality hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create sourcing strategies.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct video interviews.
• Manage candidate pipelines using ATS tools and keep hiring processes on track.
• Communicate status updates to internal teams and flag any delays.
• Refine job descriptions, outreach templates, and hiring workflows.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
• Strong ability to assess candidates beyond their resumes.
• Excellent written and spoken English for professional conversations.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to handle multiple openings simultaneously.

Required skills

• LinkedIn sourcing and outreach.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
