Infrastructure Engineer – Remote (Day & Night Shifts)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance on‑premises and hybrid technology infrastructures for our clients. The role is remote, based in the Philippines, and offers both day‑shift and night‑shift options.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper‑V environments, including provisioning, monitoring and patching.
• Support physical servers, storage, backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Provide Tier II/III technical support and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Implement security best practices, system patching and vulnerability remediation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
