Infrastructure Engineer – Remote (Day & Night Shifts)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Infrastructure Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance technology infrastructures. This role manages on‑premises and hybrid environments, ensuring reliability, performance, security and scalability while delivering exceptional user support.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server environments and core infrastructure services.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, user accounts, permissions, and identity management.
• Maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and licensing.
• Administer Microsoft Azure and hybrid identity environments, including Microsoft Entra ID.
• Maintain VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper‑V platforms, handling provisioning, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Support physical servers, storage systems, data‑center operations, and backup/disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Provide Tier II/III technical support and act as an escalation point for complex issues.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication, customer‑service, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
