Infra Operations Engineer

About the role

The Infra Operations Engineer will join the Information System Department in Santa Rosa City, supporting Toyota Motor Philippines' IT infrastructure, networks, and Microsoft services. You will help ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations across the company's network and server environments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform network maintenance to keep LAN/WAN, routing, and switching operations stable and secure.
• Manage and support Cisco‑based network devices, firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA), and wireless infrastructure.
• Monitor network utilization, performance, and capacity, and proactively address issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on network hardware and virtualized platforms (VMware, IBM hosts).
• Analyze daily network logs, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, maintenance activities, and procedures.
• Recommend and implement improvements for network availability, security, and overall performance.

Required profile

• Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering with a focus on Network and Security.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ability to troubleshoot network incidents and use monitoring tools.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing work environments.
