Information Technology Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join a growing international business. You will help colleagues work efficiently by resolving technical issues, maintaining critical systems, and supporting cybersecurity and cloud initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide incident, request and problem management support, preferably in an ITIL‑based environment.
• Resolve technical issues on Microsoft Windows desktop and server platforms.
• Maintain and support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint and Azure Active Directory.
• Assist with cybersecurity initiatives and apply information‑security frameworks.
• Manage hardware and software assets and coordinate with third‑party suppliers.

Required profile

• Experience supporting users through ITIL‑style processes.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, Azure AD) and related admin tools.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST or CIS Controls.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
